| Service | Our bespoke jewellery service provides clients with the opportunity to work in collaboration with Alex to create a unique piece, be it a custom engagement ring, wedding band or piece of fine jewellery. | Our Process |
Our bespoke jewellery service begins with our customers being invited to join us at our city showroom for an appointment with a member of our design team and our Gemologist. Customers are able to view our signature ring designs and our extensive range hand selected diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies and spinel. We find that people will normally quickly gravitate in a particular design and gemstone direction once seeing all of the different options. From here a custom engagement ring, wedding band or piece of fine jewellery will emerge. Before we commence with making a custom engagement ring, wedding band or piece of fine jewellery we ask for a 30% deposit to be paid. We will also provide either a 3D CAD model or sketch of the design for approval before starting production. Production time is then 8 weeks for custom engagement rings and 6 – 8 weeks for custom wedding bands and fine jewellery. |
